The MA not being honest. MA told that the doctor is ready and already in the clinic. but doctor came in the clinic after 35minutes. Total of waiting for consult about 45 minutes. The doctor quite unprofessional. Just diagnos the temperature and the tonsil. No further checkup such as heart rate checking and etc. The consultation took not more than 5minutes. Ask the previous patient also faced the same thing. In the end, billed RM40 for the consultation fee. Innitially, total billed RM128.40. | 1 |
