Long waiting : average 10-15mins per patient (i waited for 1 hour just to clear 3-4 patients in front of me, one other patient left before her turn due to long waiting) Lack medication : clinic doesnt even have basic medication for sore throat, doctor advised me to get medication from nearest pharmacy after my 1 hour waiting. And only gave me 10 paracetamol which only last about 1.5 days (2 tablets 3 times a day)
