Unfortunately, the nurses and admin staff are terribly inept in customer service. Unable to converse when I called to follow up on test results. Their reactions and response are always like a lost child when informing them on purpose of visit and/or requests | 2 |

She was rather unhelpful during the session also cause when I came in this afternoon with the hope for her to check on my son , she does not even look like she knows what she is doing . She even asked my wife opinion about the problem. If i know the problem already then I shouldn’t have gone to the clinic lah aiyo smh | 1 |
