The 2 star rating is because of the nurses and admin staff service levels. Doctors are somewhat patient and clear in their explanation. Unfortunately, the nurses and admin staff are terribly inept in customer service. Unable to converse when I called to follow up on test results. Their reactions and response are always like a lost child when informing them on purpose of visit and/or requests

The old doctor (female) was very arrogant during the consultation session. She was rather unhelpful during the session also cause when I came in this afternoon with the hope for her to check on my son , she does not even look like she knows what she is doing . She even asked my wife opinion about the problem. If i know the problem already then I shouldn’t have gone to the clinic lah aiyo smh
